DESCRIPTION:Sachs Associates is pleased to announce the 14th Annual European Life Sciences CEO Forum\, which will take place on the 10th – 11th of March 2021 and be part of the Digital Sachs Spring Life Sciences Week\, that will also incorporate the 2nd Annual European HealthTech CEO Forum. \nDue to the pandemic Sachs Associates have decided that for the first time Sachs Zurich events will be held in a digital format. This will allow them to support our community and past attendees. We will provide both the usual stimulating programme and the networking opportunities through the audio/video online meeting system.\nBack for its 14th Annual Edition\, this global bio-pharma industry event will address through its programme the main challenges for 2021 in investment\, partnering and alliance management. Key players contribute their insights in panels which cover the macro picture as well as innovation in different therapeutic sectors.\nThe main programme for the 14th Annual ELSF is spread throughout 2 days (10th-11th of March) and will include BioCapital & Investment Day and Bio-Pharma Partnering & Therapeutics Day. The two days will feature more than 14 hours of high-level speeches\, panel discussions and spotlight showcases by leading industry corporates. In addition\, there is a global company showcase of 50+ presentations by established public\, private\, emerging and seed companies\, offering innovative solutions and seeking investment and partnering opportunities. DESCRIPTION:Biotechnology 2021: Advancing into a decade of sustainability \nDer Titel “ Biotechnology 2021: Advancing into a decade of sustainability“ unterstreicht\, dass 2021 das erste Jahr eines Jahrzehnts sein wird\, das große Fortschritte in der Nachhaltigkeit erzielen wird und muss. Im Rahmen der CIC2021Event-Serie werden verschiedene Aspekte dieser Transformation zu mehr Nachhaltigkeit beleuchtet und mit diskutiert. Dazu werden wir 3 jeweils knapp 3-stündige digitale Sessions ausrichten. \nAn den einzelnen Konferenztagen werden Trends und Entwicklungen für eine zukünftige\, nachhaltige Wirtschaft auf der Grundlage von biogenem\, erneuerbarem und recyceltem Kohlenstoff erörtert. Basierend auf den Grundlagen\, die in den letzten zehn Jahren entstanden sind\, kann diese nachhaltige Wirtschaft nun mit neuen technologischen Fortschritten\, unterstützenden Vorschriften und einer Veränderung unserer Lebensweise realisiert werden. Die Konferenz wird die Rolle der Biotechnologie in diesem Gesamtbild aufzeigen. \nDer erste Termin der digitalen CIC2021 thematisiert Lebensmittel (mit Fokus auf funktionale Inhaltsstoffe) . An den folgenden Terminen werden die Nutzung von kohlenstoffreichen Gasen (z.B.
